Following earlier news that Swn will be a month long venture this year, Festival organisers, have announced a slamming finale, following the 10th anniversary in 2016, that takes form of traditional Swn authenticity.
The one-day event will be exploratory and energetic with a line-up boasting the very best emerging talent from Wales and the UK.
The line up is fueled with some outstanding Welsh talent from the likes of musical groove infused Boy Azooga, dextrous alt-
rockers Himalayas, ambient indie-nostalgia ladened KidSmoke. And of course, bands from across the Welsh border, Gloucestershire hailing, atmospheric twins Ardyn, dark-edged alt rockers Yowl and experimental deep-pop trio White Kite.
"This year’s Sŵn
Festival may feel a little different, but discovery will remain at the heart of
everything we offer. With many
people travelling into
Cardiff for the closing
weekend, we’ve made Saturday
leaner and meaner, keeping Sunday
clear for you to
nurse
hangovers and tired feet to head slowly home, ears packed full of great new
discoveries.”
