Well this was a lovely sight to wake up to!
Foals are back and sharing a very new track and video indeed. This track just shows the development of the band over the years, spanning from the pure indie, bouncy catchy sounds on Antidotes and Total Life Forever to the slightly melancholy Holy Fire. 'What Went Down' gives us a look into the slightly Rock 'n' Roll side to Foals we've been dying to hear. I am loving the melodies throughout the track and the progression of the song as big riffs become apparent and an exciting prospect for the years releases from these guys. 'What Went Down' is also the name of the new album available in stores on the 28th of August and with festival season is upon us and already a must see act in my opinion, an exciting venture to be hearing from Foals very soon and hopefully a sneak peak into the album!
I don't know about you, but I'm buzzing for the next release!
