The Stockport Indie/Funk lads are back with a brand spanking new single in true vivacious fashion. Earlier this year we were met with incredibly sharp single 'Bellyaches' and they have punched back hard again with their new single from their forthcoming EP 'Skint Kids Disco EP'
No Hot Ashes' Eight Till Late showcases the tight musical progression we experience time after time from these innovative Indie-funk energies. The record is an intertwining medley of a belting catchy chorus and a whole lotta' gritty rasping vocals from Isaac over those funky infectious beats. The charm is forever flowing from each record they release, hooking onto the realness and grittiness that the Northern Scene has to offer and Eight Till Late does just the trick. Conceiving, once again, blunt, intricate lyricisms mulched in with interweaving bursts of crunchy, dreamy, tangly, guitar riffs and those gorgeous earthy infectious tones. It's looking to be a stonker of EP and one that is going to turn a lot of heads.
Each release, dispersedly planted, gives their fans a real anticipation for that next exciting mirage of music to drop. A fantastic live band and an incredible musicality which surges through and oozes from every corner of the melodies and songwriting with ecstatic energy. This quartet are really getting us hooked onto their defined and crafted sound sprinkled with a 70's & 80's funk and disco flavour.
