Get Inuit are a very bright four piece, Dirty Pop, band hailing from Kent with super infectious indie feels. They have been all over the shop over 2016 with the likes of Huw Stephens, Annie Mac and have toured with some of the UK's exciting new bands, including Slaves and VANT. They also had great success at SXSW!
They have just released immense new single 'Barbiturates'. If you like knurly infused guitar riffs with absorbing vocals and a catchy chorus, then Get Inuit's new single will be added to you're playlist pretty quickly after listening. The track begins with a quiet, melodic build up which sets the mood of the song. Until we are met with a big change in pace to a bigger, louder verse, some cheeky guitar shreds and beastier vocals. Throughout Barbiturates we are met with a combination of pitches and paces as we head from a big resounding sound to a quieted melody which spirals throughout the song. This nonetheless works in their favour. It's a very addictive track and showcases this quartets new music perfectly, I am so excited to hear more from these talented boys.
