The Tates are back after previously releasing super successful first single - 'Electric Girl' which gained a wealth of support from the likes of Huw Stephens, BBC Introducing, Amazing Radio and also A-listed on BBC Wales. Not bad going for a first single 'eh.  It was a track you wouldn't forget after the first listen due the blend of some serious infectious beats and hooky chorus lines.

They've reappeared with striking new single WATER which follows on in a sure, new, 'Tates' fashion. They have carefully crafted a solid sound which is beginning be instantly recognisable as their audible aesthetic. Water takes you through a scuzzy, dream-pop surge of energy  tantalising the musical earbuds with its contagious, head bopping flow. There is a real rawness to The Tates that feels very fresh and exciting with some serious New Wave Disco thrown in amongst some laid back vocal melodies. Definitely one to keep the eyes and ears on! Watch this space.
